i was in a rush and didnt get to blog like i wanted to because i was into building my portfolio and i was mad because i built my preloader yesterday and opened it today and it wasnt there so i got to rebuild that and i transfered and imported my designs for my main and bio page over into flash so now i can start to animate i dont think i will be able to do that neutral state animation about the robot hand so i will probably just animate some of the glossy circles in the background shiny on and off. I am really sorry about the no pictures.

What i did today was worked on my bio and main pages and figuring out where layout should be and i am going to take a robotic hand and make it move for my neutral state animation. This hand will be on main page. I still need to make my preloader but i i got it all the way to where it works but it just doesnt fill it retraces the shape.

what i did on my portfolio

today i focused on designing my main and bio page have a little disgust on how it looks but im trying to make it look better. And on my main page i developed the background design and am thinking about tomorrow tracing a robot in flash on the main page for my that moves for my neutral state animation but im not sure how to take things from photoshop to flash yet and i tried it already and it turned out kinda funky looking. but overall i think im doing alright. i could improve more in the design and preloader part just for the fact that i am struggling with the mask part i tried and tried but i seem to make the same mistake everytime and i think it something to do with the code. what i have learned through the making of this portfolio is the coding and how i understand some not all but some of coding and preloaders i can do a simple preloader but for some reason have trouble with masking in it. i understand flash and photoshop a little better. my project is tied back to my original planning because that is my resource guide to do this portfolio and i have tweeked a thing or two to make it more interesting but overall it is good. i will try to show you more but we are switching
